Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Analyst responsible for project management and configuration services for customer software deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate clients on software capabilities and provide best practice recommendations
• Lead client onboarding activities and manage interactions between clients and internal departments
• Manage stakeholder communications and proactively identify and resolve issues during the deployment cycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems
• Teamwork attitude and flexibility to manage multiple responsibilities
• Effective presentation skills for remote group engagements
• Strong organization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
