Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Analyst / Customer Enablement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document client requirements and maintain technical specifications while analyzing legacy data sets
  • Configure the platform based on requirements and establish integrations with client systems
  • Support Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing, and manage multiple client implementations concurrently
Required Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant software system implementation or configuration experience
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience with technical exposure
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping clients and their patients
  • Experience with APIs and healthcare integrations is required
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Mulesoft, FHIR, and X12 Standards is recommended
