Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Analyst / Customer Enablement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Document client requirements and maintain technical specifications while analyzing legacy data sets
- Configure the platform based on requirements and establish integrations with client systems
- Support Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing, and manage multiple client implementations concurrently
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant software system implementation or configuration experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience with technical exposure
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping clients and their patients
- Experience with APIs and healthcare integrations is required
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Mulesoft, FHIR, and X12 Standards is recommended
