Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced experience in configuring and managing service-related platforms
• Intermediate knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Intermediate skills in MS products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Proven track record of completing advanced tasks and methodologies
