Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Analyst to manage the onboarding process for new Employee Benefits groups in the small case market.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and confirm sold case information from sales, producers, and customers
• Lead customers through contract review, billing setup, and use of service tools
• Install new groups and transition them to the assigned Account Specialist

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of group insurance experience, including employee benefits and direct customer interaction
• Experience in project management, benefits administration, or customer service
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Familiarity with contract setup and billing processes
