Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Analyst (Group Benefits).

Key Responsibilities

• Set up new customer benefit provisions in billing systems and resolve related error reports
• Manage pre- and post-enrollment processes, ensuring accuracy in enrollment data and policy documents
• Maintain confidentiality, build cross-functional relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUPS and pivot tables
• Experience managing multiple inboxes in Outlook
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple assignments concurrently
• Remote work capability with access to high-speed internet
