Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

Driving customer success, the full-time hybrid Implementation Analyst will manage new customer implementations from kickoff to go-live, focusing on system configuration, requirements gathering, and administrator training while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new customer implementations, including requirements gathering, technical platform configuration, and training
• Serve as the technical point of contact for customers deploying the Esper platform and guide them through the implementation process
• Translate customer workflows and operational requirements into scalable configurations, ensuring best practices are followed

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation consulting or related fields
• Experience configuring or deploying workflow-based SaaS platforms in a Professional Services environment
• Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas and functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Familiarity with ETL tools, data migration, and report creation is highly desirable
• Genuine interest in public policy and technology's role in government operations
