Job Summary
To support client implementations, the full-time remote Implementation Analyst will build, test, and audit client systems while providing exceptional support and data management throughout the benefits administration process.
Key responsibilities
- Build and audit client sites, ensuring proper functionality and data accuracy
- Prepare communication documents for clients and triage support tickets effectively
- Audit system data and produce detailed reports to maintain quality standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 2+ years of professional client-facing experience in analysis and data management
