Implementation Analyst
Job Summary
Focused on the design, development, and implementation of EDI and application integration solutions, the full-time remote Implementation Analyst will manage client configurations, analyze test data, and support internal and external training processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, analyze, and implement EDI solutions in collaboration with business partners
- Manage client timelines and deliverables while leading technical training sessions
- Research issues and propose solutions to ensure successful client go-lives
Required qualifications
- Strong understanding of the ANSI X12N format, including 837P, 837I, 835, 270/271, 276/277, and 278
- Over 2 years of experience in technology or healthcare-related information exchange
- 2 years of experience managing complex healthcare technology implementations
- Familiarity with APIs
- Experience gathering requirements across data, functional, business, and technical domains
