Job Summary
To support client implementations, the full-time remote Implementation Analyst will build, test, and audit client systems while managing data and providing client support using advanced benefits administration software.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and test client sites, ensuring system functionality and data accuracy
- Prepare communication documents and address client inquiries, resolving data discrepancies
- Audit system data and generate detailed reports to support implementation processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 2+ years of professional client-facing experience in analysis and data management
