Implementation Analyst
Job Summary
To support intelligent banking solutions, the full-time Implementation Analyst will remotely install and maintain the Migrate solution, conduct data migrations, and provide training to users while coordinating with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, and validate components of the Migrate solution, ensuring system readiness for migration and go-live activities
- Execute remote data migrations and conversions, analyzing source data and performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and usability
- Deliver remote training sessions to customer users on system functionality and best practices for utilizing migrated data
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 2+ years of experience in software implementation, data migration, or application support in a customer-facing role
- Experience with data conversions, file-based imports/exports, and data validation in a production environment
- Proficiency in installing and configuring business applications or databases
- Strong troubleshooting skills across data, application, and system layers with clear communication abilities
