Implementation Analyst, Product Finance

Job Summary

Supporting the Bank's Banking as a Service (BaaS) product finance function, the full-time Implementation Analyst, Product Finance will manage program implementation, data analytics, reconciliations, and client relations with fintech partners in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Document money and data flows while evaluating proposed funds flows for compliance with standard frameworks
• Serve as a liaison between Accounting and cross-functional teams for BaaS program implementation and reporting
• Assist in the development of data validation, analysis, reconciliations, and operational reporting for BaaS programs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of operational accounting/reconciliation experience
• 3+ years of fintech implementation experience
• Proven experience with BaaS program reconciliation and complex research frameworks
• Strong understanding of funds flow for lending, deposits, and payments products
• Experience in team/project management within fast-paced environments
