Job Summary
To support a growing fintech startup, the full-time remote Implementation and Customer Success Specialist will manage pre-sales activities, assist in client onboarding and integration, and serve as a primary contact for post-implementation client success.
Key responsibilities
- Support sales team in client-facing pre-sales activities, including preparing demos and technical documentation
- Assist in the implementation of solutions, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration for clients
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients post-implementation, delivering ongoing training and support
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client-facing/customer success roles, preferably in fintech or financial services
- At least 1 year of experience working with APIs and web-based software (SaaS)
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical implementation processes
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and projects simultaneously
