Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Architect to enable clients to deliver AI-powered personalized email programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical setup and onboarding process for new clients
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement custom technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while conducting training sessions for clients and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years in a marketing technology specialist, technical account manager, or similar role
• 1+ years of consulting experience influencing marketing strategy with technical solutions
• Experience with enterprise email service providers
• Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies and AI applications in email marketing
