Implementation Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Associate to support large customer implementations through the end-to-end process.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a supporting point of contact during onboarding, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Conduct quality assurance checks on customer documents and support data uploads into company systems
• Utilize project management skills to track timelines, manage onboarding tasks, and support cross-functional communication

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in implementation, customer support, or healthcare operations
• Strong project management skills; PMP certification is a plus
• Proven client management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
• Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly, especially technical workflows
• Experience with healthcare data analysis or complex data integrations is highly preferred
