Key Responsibilities

• Lead clients through the implementation process, guiding them on best practices for configuring and optimizing workflows using a no-code platform
• Manage complex, high-impact projects that enhance essential banking services, including account onboarding and lending processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and serve as a trusted advisor to clients

Required Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles, ideally in professional services or technology implementation
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms and workflow configuration
• Experience with financial services or banking operations preferred
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals
