Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Associate - Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the deployment of IoT technology to US Public Sector customers, ensuring quick time to value
• Create launch plans and track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health
• Run training sessions and demonstrate technology to both executives and day-to-day users

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, account management, or strategic consulting
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Experience with technical products and enterprise SaaS preferred
• Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence
• Proven track record of building trust and effective communication with diverse stakeholders
