Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Associate to support the onboarding and training of Home Medical Equipment providers on their digital platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding of HME providers by completing implementation tasks such as catalog setups and system configurations
- Provide ongoing support to suppliers post-launch, resolving issues and optimizing system performance
- Lead training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and use of the platform
Required Qualifications
- Experience with set-up, configuration, or administration of a SAAS product, preferably in healthcare
- 1-3 years in a customer-facing role
- Proficient in using Excel (advanced), analytics platforms, CRM, and JIRA
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple implementation tasks effectively
- Ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts and troubleshoot issues during implementation
