Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Associate to support the onboarding of new Care Professionals to the Care Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Care Professionals during onboarding, facilitating communication and resolving issues
  • Implement data integrity checks and manage accurate data entry for new Care Professionals
  • Track transition progress and participate in internal meetings to ensure effective collaboration and communication
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or implementation-related roles
  • Experience in data entry, compliance, or onboarding processes preferred
  • Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in onboarding
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and database management
