Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Associate to support the onboarding of new Care Professionals to the Care Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Care Professionals during onboarding, facilitating communication and resolving issues
- Implement data integrity checks and manage accurate data entry for new Care Professionals
- Track transition progress and participate in internal meetings to ensure effective collaboration and communication
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or implementation-related roles
- Experience in data entry, compliance, or onboarding processes preferred
- Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in onboarding
- Familiarity with digital platforms and database management
