Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Associate to handle inbound inquiries and assist clients with their implementation needs.

Key Responsibilities

Answers calls, live chats, and emails in the implementation call center
Completes data entry projects and covers milestone calls and trainings as needed
Conducts follow-up calls and manages merchant activations and onboarding tickets

Required Qualifications

AA/AS degree preferred
1+ years of SaaS Point of Sale support or Implementation experience
Completion of Meevo onboarding and certification courses
Matching PI profile
