Implementation Associate

Job Summary

To support the launch and optimization of digital banking experiences, the full-time Implementation Associate will configure banking workflows, manage client relationships, and directly impact customer interactions with financial institutions in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize banking workflows, including account opening and onboarding, using a no-code platform
• Lead client calls and manage multiple concurrent implementations while serving as a trusted advisor
• Provide strategic insights to product teams for ongoing platform improvements and innovation

Required Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Technical skills in a scripting language
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under pressure
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and located within the continental United States
• Quick learner capable of mastering new technical concepts independently
