Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to help clients adopt and integrate their products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project implementation for clients adopting products or Encompass
• Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements and ensure clear communication
• Organize projects within project management software and lead weekly project calls with clients

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, particularly in technology or SaaS implementation
• Solid understanding of mortgage lending and regulatory requirements
• Experience with ICE's mortgage technology Encompass
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software
