Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Partnering with enterprise customer teams, the full-time remote Implementation & Insights Consultant will analyze complex retail datasets using SQL and BI tools to generate actionable insights that drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer teams to define analytical requirements and understand business operations
• Utilize SQL and BI tools to analyze large datasets and create dashboards that highlight performance and improvement opportunities
• Translate data findings into practical recommendations and ensure data stories align with business priorities

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data-driven decision support, preferably in retail, FMCG, or SaaS
• Strong SQL and Excel skills, with experience working with complex datasets
• Proficiency in creating reports or dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools
• Analytical mindset with a curiosity about data and its potential to drive action
• Ability to communicate technical findings effectively to non-technical audiences
