Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Implementation Consultant, the ideal candidate will manage customer onboarding processes, collaborating with sales to develop implementation plans and ensuring successful product integration within 90 days of purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to create customer Implementation Plans
• Translate client needs into a successful onboarding experience
• Execute the onboarding plan and become a subject matter expert on PowerDMS

Required qualifications

• Experience in implementation or project management is a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Understanding of SaaS technology, particularly Power platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
