Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the technical setup, configuration, and quality testing of the platform for new customers
• Create SQL queries to transform and clean customer sales data
• Continuously improve the implementation process to ensure positive and timely implementations at scale

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of SaaS software implementation and data analytics experience
• 2+ years of MedTech and/or healthcare billing experience
• Significant customer-facing experience
• Experience managing projects and using project management software
• Experience writing SQL to prepare, clean, and transform data
