Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client onboarding process and ensure smooth conversion to Paycor products
- Act as primary client contact, establish strong relationships, and provide product expertise
- Conduct training sessions, collaborate with team members, and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years' client-facing experience, with implementation or project management background preferred
- Knowledge of human capital software
- Demonstrated proficiency with PC software and web tools
- Flexibility in scheduling and ability to manage tight deadlines
