Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to ensure high-quality service delivery for Procure to Pay (P2P) software implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage software implementation projects, ensuring customer requirements are met and providing training to Accounts Payable departments
- Monitor project performance, create detailed project plans, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership and other teams to optimize client results and enhance service delivery processes
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of applicable work experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in accounts payable and project management
- Exceptional leadership and client management skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
