Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant - Open Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transition of new clients to the product suite, ensuring a smooth conversion
• Act as the primary client contact during the implementation process and manage client expectations
• Consult clients on best practices and maintain accurate project status updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Required
• 1 year of experience in a client-facing position; prior implementation or project management experience is a plus
• Knowledge of human capital software preferred
