Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant - Open Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transition of new clients to the company's product suite, ensuring a smooth conversion
• Act as the primary client contact during the implementation process, addressing needs and concerns as they arise
• Consult clients on best practices and system changes to achieve implementation milestones and goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Required
• 1 year of experience in a client-facing position; implementation, project management, or business-to-business sales experience is a plus
• Knowledge of human capital software preferred
