Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement workforce management solutions for enterprise customers using the product suite
• Analyze and document workforce management requirements through process flows and testing scenarios
• Design and deploy training and testing programs for customer solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as a consultant or business analyst supporting software deployments
• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to develop within a high-growth company
• Background in cloud-based software deployment or support is a plus
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Fluency in multiple business technology platforms is advantageous
