Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and expectations
• Configure the product in line with customer requirements and provide guidance on product configurations
• Track and submit progress reports while collaborating with Project Managers to highlight risks and mitigation plans

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2+ years' experience with customer-facing enterprise software or SaaS implementations
• Experience with data migration and integration
• Basic understanding of programming fundamentals
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• 4+ years of SaaS implementation experience preferred
