Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to guide clients through the implementation lifecycle of their LMS platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase
  • Conduct needs analysis and provide expert guidance on configuring LMS features
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and facilitate regular project meetings
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar software solutions
  • Strong project management skills, including scope and timeline management
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
