Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to guide clients through the implementation lifecycle of their LMS platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase
- Conduct needs analysis and provide expert guidance on configuring LMS features
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and facilitate regular project meetings
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar software solutions
- Strong project management skills, including scope and timeline management
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
