Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to manage payroll onboarding for US clients and guide them from discovery to go-live in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the onboarding and activation phase for assigned U.S. projects, ensuring timely and successful go-lives
- Serve as the primary implementation point of contact for customers, guiding them through discovery, configuration, training, and launch readiness
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to align on project scope, expectations, and handoffs while managing onboarding timelines and risks
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple complex technological implementation and onboarding projects simultaneously
- Strong track record of delivering successful implementation projects with high ownership and accountability
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and quickly learn new products and tools
- Experience in developing and maintaining onboarding and training materials for stakeholders
- Knowledge of system configuration, data entry, and data migration activities
