Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to manage payroll onboarding for US clients and guide them from discovery to go-live in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the onboarding and activation phase for assigned U.S. projects, ensuring timely and successful go-lives
  • Serve as the primary implementation point of contact for customers, guiding them through discovery, configuration, training, and launch readiness
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to align on project scope, expectations, and handoffs while managing onboarding timelines and risks
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing multiple complex technological implementation and onboarding projects simultaneously
  • Strong track record of delivering successful implementation projects with high ownership and accountability
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and quickly learn new products and tools
  • Experience in developing and maintaining onboarding and training materials for stakeholders
  • Knowledge of system configuration, data entry, and data migration activities
