Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant I.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer launch projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and milestones
• Coordinate onboarding configuration and technology integration with customers
• Conduct training sessions and maintain clear customer records for launch progress

Required Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent years of experience
• Passion for ensuring the physical safety of students, faculty, and staff
• Experience documenting processes and creating customer-facing reference materials
• Experience leveraging a CRM Platform (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
• Highly competent in PC/Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office365 Applications
