Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Implementation Consultant to manage the delivery and implementation of workforce management solutions for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery and implementation of complex projects for enterprise customers
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing best practices and identifying opportunities during the implementation process
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and internal teams to design and deliver custom solutions that meet customer requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in delivery, implementation, or project management
• Strong understanding of implementation cycles for both internally and externally managed initiatives
• Experience with enterprise SaaS applications
• Proven ability to document deliverables, including requirements specifications and process maps
• Strong independent judgment and customer service abilities
