Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant, Large Deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire deployment phase, including project planning and risk mitigation
• Act as the main contact for deployment activities, leading project status meetings and aligning resources
• Analyze implementation trends and develop best practices to improve onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of experience as a client-facing Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience with change management best practices
• Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Interest in identifying operational inefficiencies and driving organizational change
