Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to guide new customers through onboarding and optimize their financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide new customers through onboarding, training, and account configuration
• Assist clients in migrating historical data and provide reporting and analytics expertise
• Establish strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and successful project completion

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing, account management, or implementation role at a SaaS company
• Experience in manipulating and cleansing large volumes of data
• Accounting and finance background in a recurring revenue business is highly valued
• Experience with implementing B2B SaaS solutions is preferred
• Project management certifications are beneficial
