Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to work with customers on implementing various solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish Statements of Work and Project Deliverables
• Analyze client requirements and provide recommendations for solutions
• Design and execute training plans for customers on proprietary products and solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 3 - 5 years of related experience
• Experience in software implementation and deployment of logistics-based applications
• Experience managing projects, including time and scope change management
• Experience in a Customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or FTZ environment is a plus
