Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to work with customers on implementing various solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish Statements of Work and Project Deliverables
• Analyze client requirements and provide recommendations and solutions
• Design and execute training plans for customers on proprietary products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or related field
• 3 - 5 years of related experience
• Experience in software implementation and deployment of logistics-based business applications
• Experience managing projects including time management and scope change management
• Experience working in FTZ, Customs brokerage, or freight forwarding environment is a plus
