Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant (CRM, Automation, Data, AI).

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy CRM configurations, project management systems, automation workflows, analytics dashboards, and AI implementations
• Identify operational challenges in law firms and design technical solutions to enhance efficiency and revenue
• Manage client engagements, gather requirements, and ensure high satisfaction through effective communication and training

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in client-facing or consulting positions
• Proven experience with CRM systems, project management tools, automation platforms, and data analysis tools
• Technical expertise in deploying and configuring various software solutions
• Strong systems thinking approach, with the ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes
• Professional English fluency, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
