Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to lead enterprise and strategic customer implementations across the NAMER region and western Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations from kickoff through go-live for mid-market, enterprise, and strategic customers
• Partner with client stakeholders to define implementation roadmaps aligned to business objectives, learning strategy, and success metrics
• Design scalable platform configurations across Degreed components and facilitate discovery workshops to define AI use cases and measurable outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations or consulting engagements
• 3+ years working directly with enterprise clients in a Professional Services or Implementation capacity
• Strong understanding of learning ecosystems and a passion for learning transformation
• Experience implementing AI-enabled SaaS features and facilitating conversations around AI adoption
• Solid experience with SaaS configuration, integrations, and data workflows
