Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to manage software implementation projects and ensure customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the execution of implementation projects for new and existing customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to full product implementation
• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and align on solution design, while configuring the solution based on client needs
• Define and track project timelines, maintaining clear documentation and communication with all teams involved

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Consulting, with at least 1 year managing software implementation projects
• Proven expertise in project management and the software implementation lifecycle
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with social services, EHR software, HIPAA, or AWARDS is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to establish trust and engage with executive stakeholders
