Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant, Connect.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of data connectors between customer systems and NEOGOV's platforms
• Lead discovery engagements with customers to validate connection types and collect sample data
• Analyze customer source data to ensure accurate mapping to NEOGOV's data model and validate connector data

Required Qualifications and Education

• B.A/B.S. or equivalent technical experience
• Familiarity with SQL and ability to interpret data across multiple formats (JSON, XML, CSV)
• Understanding of data movement from on-premises systems to cloud platforms
• Familiarity with APIs and ETL concepts
• Ability to handle sensitive public safety data with appropriate care and discretion
