Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer launch projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and milestones
• Coordinate onboarding configuration and technology integration with customers
• Conduct training sessions and maintain customer records for launch progress

Required Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent years of experience
• Passion for ensuring the physical safety of students, faculty, and staff
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects and meet deadlines
• Experience documenting processes and creating customer-facing reference materials
• Experience leveraging a CRM Platform (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
