Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant, Connect (Data Management).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of data connectors between customer systems and NEOGOV's products, managing the process from intake to go-live
• Lead discovery engagements with customers to confirm connection types, validate access methods, and analyze source data
• Coordinate with internal teams and customer IT staff to install, validate, and troubleshoot data connectors

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• B.A/B.S. or equivalent technical experience
• Familiarity with SQL and ability to analyze data across multiple formats (JSON, XML, CSV)
• Understanding of data movement from on-premises systems to cloud platforms
• Experience with SFTP integrations and familiarity with APIs
• Comfortable handling sensitive public safety data with appropriate discretion
