Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to manage the onboarding and configuration of their Talent Engagement Platform for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and lead end-to-end implementation engagements, including scoping, configuration, and validation
• Build and manage Implementation Launch Plans, ensuring alignment on milestones and go-live readiness
• Support integrations and optimize AI-driven workflows tailored to customer hiring needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years in a customer-facing implementation or technical onboarding role, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Experience managing complex implementation projects with multiple stakeholders
• Prior experience with talent acquisition or workforce management technology is preferred
• Familiarity with API integrations and basic understanding of relational database concepts is a plus
