Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to support Mid-Market customers in deploying and adopting IoT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the deployment of IoT technology to ensure customers achieve quick time to value
• Create launch plans and track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health
• Run training sessions and provide support to customers across various use cases

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role, preferably in Mid-Market SaaS
• Experience supporting or working with technical products
• Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
• Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence
