Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to facilitate customer onboarding and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end implementation process, including onboarding, system setup, and customer handoff
• Configure the platform to align with customer workflows and manage implementation timelines and communication
• Support data migrations and integrations, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training and documentation for customers

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical account management, or consulting
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple customer implementations
• Familiarity with APIs, data imports/exports, and data mapping
• Customer-first mindset with empathy and sound judgment in escalated situations
