Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Implementation Consultant, a full-time remote position, is responsible for assisting clients with application configuration, project management, and training to ensure successful implementation of SIS Complete in the perioperative space.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with application configuration and perform project management tasks throughout the project life cycle
• Train administrative and end users on SIS Complete and associated applications
• Identify client-associated risks and provide solutions while managing the application scope of work and scheduling

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Knowledge of the healthcare and ASC industry
• Experience with SAAS software implementations
• Understanding of ASC billing practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
