Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Implementation Consultant, a full-time remote position, is responsible for assisting clients with application configuration, managing project life cycles, and training users on SIS Complete to improve workflows and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with application configuration and project management tasks
• Train administrative and end users on SIS Complete and associated applications
• Identify client-associated risks and provide solutions throughout the project life cycle

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Knowledge of the healthcare and ASC industry
• Experience with SAAS software implementations
• Experience with ASC clinical and billing practices is desired
• Knowledge of perioperative regulatory compliance and best practice recommendations is a plus
