Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Implementation Consultant, responsible for the successful delivery of LegalTech software implementations for law firms, corporate legal teams, and government agencies in a remote, full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of LegalTech implementations from requirements through go-live and stabilization
• Lead discovery conversations to define scope, requirements, and success criteria
• Translate client workflows into system configuration and lead testing to ensure solutions meet expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience delivering complex software implementations across the full project lifecycle
• Experience in the legal industry (law firm, corporate legal, or government)
• Technical literacy, including understanding formulas, data structures, or simple logic
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and push for clear decisions
